Seconds out round 2...
This was the start of the base, sheet cork from hobby craft was used with sandy gravel sprinkled into the gaps. I was thinking of stoping there but then I heard the jungle drums of MASSIVE VOODOO playing and the game was afoot...
So out came the Milliput and an idea was formed... how about a trench wall/revetment that the impaler had just walked through...
Coffee stirrers and toothpicks to the rescue.
Cotton was used to create cables that 'anchor' the front of the wall which will be build up eventually....
The gap in the wall was punched through in a shape similar to the shape of the legs of the impaler. After this... you can't have a trench without mud.
The remains of the wall were placed into the mud.
The barbed wire will be added later.
