Ok, so not so much progress as expected with the in laws down, so now I'm playing catch up for next Saturday...

The red was done with the Airbrush using VMA Mahogany 71036 as a base then a few layers of VMA Italian Red 71086.

The shading was done using watered down glazes of Daler Rowney FW Ink, Sap green 375 and Purple lake 437.  these inks mixed together make a nice dark wash that was used in the darkest parts of the cloak.

The high lights on the cloth were done with a few glazes of VMA Italian Red and then the very top of the folds were hit with a touch of P3 Khador red base.

Bronze is still a WIP, but so far... Base of GW Snakebite leather (discontinued) then a few layers of VMABright brass 71067 with a few drops of FW Ink Indian Yellow 643, taking care not to go too crazy with the ink as it is very high in intensity.

The silver is just a single layer of VMA Steel 71065... I found out that I had ran out of GW Null oil at this point a decided to turn in..... and then realised it was 2 am!
